I have the best boyfriend ever (this isn’t going to be as stupid as it sounds)
I recently registered for the Guild Wars 2 beta. I’m so excited for this. Like I haven’t been able to go a day without checking the website/Tumblr/my email for any updates about the game release or beta dates. I’M SO EXCITED.
Problem is, if they’re going to do the beta this weekend, I’m not going to be here. I’m leaving on Saturday to go on a week long trip to England and France with my choir (which will be kickass, let me just say) so I would be missing the glorious beta-ness. Assuming I get in.
So I related this to my boyfriend, who is also a gamer. I asked him if he would take my beta key and use it if I got in. And here’s what he said: “Of course! If that happens I’ll set up screen sharing so you can watch, or at least try to play through my computer.”
LOVE.
I don’t believe I’d take time out of being in England to stop and play Guild Wars (as amazing as the game is going to be, I’m only going to be there for a week, ya know?) I’m just going to hope the beta is the next weekend. Or I’m sure the bf will be a reliable source of all information I need to know <3
